As a major gathering of Spain’s building and tech players, the event was the ideal opportunity for BRICKER coordinator Juan de las Cuevas to join the poster exhibition alongside 30 R&I projects in order to showcase the BRICKER system. Some 140 delegates attended the PTEC conference which, this year, focused on innovation in construction processes. The agenda featured two main sessions.
The first looked at new construction processes with emphasis on 3D printing and process changes to increase the use of recycled materials.
During the second session, speakers presented new systems relating to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for the construction industry and augmented reality applied to construction processes.
