As the interventions are starting at the Belgium demo site, an industrial engineering college managed by Province de Liège, the local team are keen to ensure both students and staff are fully conversant with the works and the purpose behind them.
Consequently, a presentation of the BRICKER project is being organised on 23 March at the college with project experts highlighting BRICKER’s input areas for the demo site: renovation and passive strategies by Raymond Charlier (SPB); ventilation techniques and heat capture by Luc Prieels (Greencom); and ORC co-generation by Sylvain Quoilin (ULg). Attending the presentation, which will be chaired by Gabrielle Masy from the demo site HEPL, will be Master-level engineering students, students from the alternative and renewable energy course and college lecturers.
