This renovation is the first work as passive technology to reduce the heating’s energy demand and will become a visible external sign of deep energy renovation’s works. In November, SPB will launch a second public tender to install a biomass boiler and an ORC cogeneration-module that consist in the first works as active technology in the Belgian demonstration building.
